DCD Artificial Intelligence Consulting, a DBA of DCD Project Management Solutions LLC, referred to here as DCD, we, us, or our, respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our business, our website, and the AI powered systems we build and operate. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact information you provide to us directly, such as your name, phone number, and email address, when you reach out to us, attend a presentation, or engage with our services. We may also collect information through our website using standard analytics tools, such as browser type and general usage data. In addition, our internal AI phone system may process caller information, including name, phone number, and the reason for the call, when needed to route an inquiry to the appropriate DCD staff member.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide the services requested, to operate and improve our internal AI phone and communication systems, to communicate with current and prospective clients about our services, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Text Messaging
DCD uses text messaging as part of its internal AI phone system to notify designated DCD staff of time sensitive inbound calls requiring a callback. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume to DCD's AI phone system. These messages are operational in nature and are not marketing communications. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Additional terms for our text messaging program are available in our Terms and Conditions.
Data Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to operate our services, such as technology vendors who help us deliver our AI systems under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and we take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect it against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
