Services
DCD provides AI strategy and roadmapping, AI training and workshops, RFI and RFP proposal support, and workflow automation services to small and mid sized businesses, government agencies, startups, and nonprofits.

Client Specific Systems
Where DCD designs, builds, or configures an AI system on behalf of a specific client, that system and its configuration are governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement with that client, which take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions for matters specific to that engagement.
Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name: DCD Inbound Call Alerts.
Program description: DCD uses text messaging as part of its internal AI phone system to send operational alerts to designated DCD staff about time sensitive inbound calls that require a callback. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages. Messages are sent only to designated DCD staff who have consented to receive them.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume to DCD's AI phone system.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at the email address or phone number below.
Carriers: Mobile carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

Limitation of Liability
